Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (2026–2027 School Year)

We are partnered with a supportive, student-centered school district in Whiteland, IN seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
• Location: Whiteland, IN
• Grade Level: Elementary (K-5)
• Caseload: Around 70 students (Mixed population)
• School Year: August 2026 – May 2027
SLP Support & Community
• Ongoing 1:1 caseload support with our SLP Clinical Support Director
• Bi-weekly SLP team meetings for collaboration, networking, and problem-solving
• Generous materials stipend + additional therapy resource database (600+ materials!)
• 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and state licensure fees
• Free school-related CEUs (we’re an ASHA CE Approved Provider!)
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting students in educational settings
• Active or eligible IPLA/IDOE (PEL) Speech-Language Pathologist license
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000/year (based on experience)
