**Location:** Amsterdam
**Work model:** Hybrid
**Team:** People & Culture
The opportunity
---------------
Are you excited about building a lasting talent pipeline and telling the story of a company people want to join? Do you enjoy sourcing hard-to-fill roles just as much as filming an employee spotlight or running a campus event?
Creative Clicks is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You'll combine talent attraction, sourcing support, employer brand activation, and ownership of our junior and internship recruitment to build a strong, sustainable pipeline for the future.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers, and our Marketing & Communications team, you'll strengthen Creative Clicks' visibility in the talent market, support recruitment success, and create candidate experiences that genuinely reflect who we are.
What your day will look like
----------------------------
Your work will combine hands-on content creation, sourcing, and candidate-facing work across the full hiring and onboarding journey.
**Employer brand & candidate journey**
* Create authentic employer-branding content with the Social Media Manager employee stories, short-form videos, blogs, and social posts.
* Organise events, university partnerships, our CC Open Day, and other employer branding initiatives.
* Support recruitment marketing campaigns and help maintain the careers website experience.
**Talent acquisition support**
* Support sourcing for specialist, hard-to-fill, and senior-level vacancies.
* Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates across sourcing channels.
* Conduct initial screenings for motivation, cultural fit, and role alignment.
* Maintain talent pipelines and share market intelligence that informs recruitment strategy.
**Recruitment & internship programs**
* Own internships, working student positions, and selected junior vacancies from intake to offer.
* Build relationships with universities and student communities, and coordinate campus recruitment activities.
**Onboarding experience**
* Coordinate the business onboarding experience for new hires, working closely with People Operations.
* Support managers with structured onboarding plans and gather feedback to keep improving it.
**Process improvement**
* Look for ways to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and recruitment reporting.
* Explore new, scalable approaches to talent attraction.
What you bring
--------------
* 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Recruitment Marketing.
* Hands-on content creation skills, including basic video filming and editing. (BONUS)
A strong interest in talent attraction and candidate experience.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and still catch the details.
* A collaborative, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for content, social media, and employer branding.
* Clear communication skills in English.
What we offer
-------------
* A fast-growing, international environment with 25+ nationalities
* Competitive salary
* NS Business Card (commuting costs fully covered)
* 25 vacation days, plus the option to buy 10 more
* Hybrid work setup and a healthy work-life balance
* Fresh lunch daily at the office
* Dutch lessons covered by us
* Learning opportunities to grow your talent acquisition and cross-departmental knowledge
* A young, ambitious team and a beautifully renovated office just 2 minutes from Leidseplein
* A culture that values ownership, speed, collaboration, and continuous improvement
