To join CLEAResult as a Market Outreach Specialist, supporting our New Jersey Energy Efficiency Program team. This role will help us build utility program awareness and drive participation in various energy efficiency programs. In this high-impact role, you will identify, prospect, and engage with new leads through in-person events, calls, emails, and social channels. Once engaged, you will passionately present energy efficiency program options to potential participants and trade allies.

* **Grow and strengthen HVAC partnerships** by expanding relationships with distributors and supply houses throughout the utility service territory, helping bring energy-saving solutions to more customers.
* **Recruit, coach, and inspire contractors and Trade Allies** to participate in energy efficiency programs, serving as a trusted advisor and program ambassador.
* **Drive program growth** by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, generating qualified leads, and delivering compelling presentations that educate and motivate audiences to take action.
* **Create meaningful community partnerships** by collaborating with organizations such as green teams, contractors, distributors, HOAs, faith-based groups, and local agencies to expand program awareness and reach.
* **Represent the program at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings**, planning and executing engaging events that showcase program benefits and opportunities.
* **Hit the road and make connections**, traveling throughout the service territory to build relationships, attend events, and identify new opportunities for growth.
* **Be the voice of the field**, sharing market insights and stakeholder feedback with program leadership to continuously improve participation, engagement, and results.
* **Track success and celebrate wins** by monitoring recruitment goals, maintaining accurate activity records, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
* **Own your results**, achieving and exceeding key performance metrics while contributing to the overall success and growth of the program.
**Exciting candidates will have...**
* 2-4 Years’ experience with customer management.
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Mileage reimbursement and cell phone allowance provided.
* Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook/Word/Teams/PPT)
* Strong communication skills, including technical communication for trade allies and presentation / storytelling skills for all audiences
* Preferred – BPI certification, HVAC experience, or other mechanical subject matter expertise
**Target Compensation...**
$72,00 - $80,000 depending on experience.
