### At A Glance The Engagement Specialist is a crucial role within our organization, requiring work in various capacities and adaptation to different work arrangements based on the needs set by business. ### What You’ll Do * Support the day-to-day operations of the clinical department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. * Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, procedures, and consultations, optimizing provider availability and patient experience. * Maintain and update accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA). * Support clinical staff by organizing medical charts, files, and other documentation essential for smooth clinical operations. * Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care coordination. * Manage administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence related to clinical operations. * Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies regarding patient confidentiality and data security. * Adapt to changing business needs and work arrangements as directed by management. ### What We’re Looking For * 1+ years of experience in a related field (internship experience included). * Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience. * Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clinical workflows. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. * Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. **Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
