Engineer 2 Process Engineering

**Job Title:** Engineer II, Process Engineering **Job Description:** **The Role:**  維護生產機台順利運作、提升設備稼動率、優化生產效率，確保產線不間斷  Responsible for CMP filter production to ensure smooth operations, optimize equipment utilization, improve overall efficiency, and prevent production downtime.  **In this role you will:**  * 每日生產設備及製程參數巡查，確保工作環境安全。  * 機台定期保養、異常故障排除與緊急應變之處理。  * 持續改善製造流程、良率使生產效率提升。  * 專案管理，導入新產品及自動化設備、建立標準操作程序文件。  * 品質管理，定期檢視SPC及稽核相關文件如FMEA及SOP。  * 承攬商作業管理、確認廠商施工作業符合安全衛生要求。  * 主管交辦其他任務之執行。  * Conduct daily inspections of production equipment and recipes to ensure a safe working environment.  * Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot and handle emergency responses.  * Continuously improve manufacturing processes and yields to enhance production efficiency.  * Manage projects for new product introduction and automation cobots, and establish SOP.  * Manage quality by regularly reviewing SPC and ISO documents such as FMEA and WI.  * Manage contractors to ensure all onsite work complies with safety and health requirements.  * Execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.  **Traits we believe make a strong candidate:**  * Six Sigma Green Belt  * AutoCAD、SolidWorks  **Your success will be measured by:**  * Team work  * Accountability  * Creativity  * Dedication to excellence
