Your work will directly impact the quality, reliability, and performance of technologies used across global clinical trials. **What we offer** * Competitive compensation. * Flexible working hours and working time accounts to support the work-life balance. * Hybrid work model. * Support your professional development through internal and external training and certification programs. * Attractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being). * Engaging employee programs. **What you'll be doing** * Design, develop, test, debug, and support software applications across multiple platforms using established development standards and best practices * Work within an agile development environment to deliver high-quality software features and enhancements * Contribute to software architecture discussions and support the evolution of products and development processes * Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges and deliver project milestones * Participate in planning and execution of software development activities in partnership with technical leaders and managers * Conduct code reviews to promote knowledge sharing, maintain code quality, and support continuous improvement * Partner with Software Quality Engineering to build solutions that support automated testing and seamless integration throughout the development lifecycle * Utilize source code management and work item tracking tools to support efficient software delivery * Provide technical support and collaborate with other business functions as needed **What we look for** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience * 2+ years of professional software development experience * Understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and development frameworks * Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications * Knowledge of source code management tools and work item tracking systems * Understanding of common software design patterns and best practices * Experience with unit testing and testable software design approaches * Problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to complex technical projects * Good verbal and written communication skills in English * Basic understanding of risk management concepts * Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage * Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-based software solutions is a plus * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment * Low to no travel required At Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
