Engineer- Reliability Maintenance

**Job Description:** Key Responsibilities * Define and renew/optimize maintenance strategic, PM plan and maintenance task through MSE methodology to make sure there is YOY breakdown and maintenance cost reduction. * Establish and renew spare parts strategy to equipment reliability and control maintenance cost. * Lead trouble shooting and root cause analysis for major breakdowns. * Establish and renew AHC roadmap to achieve equipment reliability. * Establish and renew control roadmap to support IOT and digital foundation. * Lead electrical/automation related improvement projects and take SME role in Electrical & automation area in other engineering projects. * Establish and maintain/renew electrical/automation standards. * Provide technical training to electrical technicians to improve maintenance capability. Job Qualifications * College degree in Electrical / Electronic /Automation or equivalent area * Electrical & automation background * Change control and TRA (Technical risk analysis) AHC (Asset Health Check) * Project management skill (EWP) * MSE/PM Pillar, BDE DMS, P&S DMS
