As an Engineering Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: * _Independently managing small capital projects requiring minimal engineering evaluation_ * _Manages project documentation by retrieving and archiving drawings as part of the overall documentation process._ * _Serves as a sourcing partner for both self and other project managers, following established sourcing policies and procedures to execute capital equipment purchases and installation contracts_ * _Providing Workday supervision tasks for 3M Contract Workers_ * _Providing additional administrative support as required & working independently with limited direction_ **Your Skills and Expertise**  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: * _Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution_ * _Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in customer/stakeholder focused roles_ * _Should have experience working with internal stakeholders as well as external customers_ * _Experience working with technical teams._ * _Experience working independently with limited direction._ **Work location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode** **Supporting Your Well-being**  3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
