In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. ### Scope of Work 1. Review and analyze engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses. 2. Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert-level commentary on complex engineering scenarios. 3. Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions from a variety of disciplines. 4. Develop real-world engineering examples and problem sets to ensure AI models understand practical engineering contexts. 5. Collaborate with [micro1](https://himalayas.app/companies/micro1) to align deliverables with project milestones and requirements. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies by sharing industry best practices and technical insights. ### Preferred Qualifications 1. BSc, MSc, or PhD in any engineering discipline (mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical, etc.). 2. Demonstrated experience producing technical reports, design documentation, or in-depth project analyses. 3. Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on clarity and precision. 4. Background in presenting complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 5. Track record of contributing to multidisciplinary or cross-functional engineering projects. 6. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for supporting innovation in technology and engineering education. 7.
