Job Description **Job Description: Engineering Lead Analyst - Controls Technology** **The Role:** The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior, hands-on technical leadership position responsible for architecting and building the next-generation of platforms for our core Controls Technology area. As a hands-on technical leader for one or more scrum teams, you will be a key voice in our architecture, driving innovation and ensuring our engineering practices meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
