Job Description

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Responsibilities: * Lead strategic systems for HR, Payroll, Learning and Development, and Workforce Management platforms. * Assess performance, provide feedback, guide careers, and mentor engineers on best practices, design principles and coding standards. * Enable high-quality software delivery and inspire clean, efficient code. * Shape technical strategy and roadmap; define scope and timelines, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and align with business goals. * Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across functions. * Create technical documentation; foster innovation and implement security tools including SonarQube and Snyk. * Manage application performance and asset monitoring with Splunk and New Relic. * Work in a hybrid model: 60% (3 days) in offices or local sites and the rest remotely.
