Engineering Services Pc Board Design

Generic Job Description (not Job Level specific): * The PC board design Engineer / Architect assists engineers in the design and development of complex and detailed layouts of printed circuit boards. * Collaborates in developing state-of-the-art designs of new or modified, high-density, printed circuit boards. * Establishes design standards and configurations. * Works from preliminary schematics, part lists and basic description of the board function, configuration and arrangement as defined by engineering. * Trains drafters in the completion of drawings and specifications. * May perform the checking of design layouts and detailed drawings. **Requirements** **1\. Educational Background** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related field * Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design and analysis **2\. Technical Skills** * Familiar with the full hardware development process (Design → Verification → Validation) * Expertise in one or more of the following areas: * High-speed signal design (Signal Integrity) * Power design (Power Integrity / PMIC) * PCB layout and SI/PI analysis * Semiconductor testing or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) architecture * Proficient with related design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Allegro, ADS, HFSS) **3\. System Integration & Testing** * Strong hardware debugging and issue analysis skills * System integration experience is a plus **4\. Language Skills** * Intermediate or above proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) * Ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment **5\. Work Experience** * Typically 5–10+ years of relevant experience (for senior or principal roles) * Experience in semiconductor, consumer electronics, or server hardware industries is preferred **6\.
