**Job Description Summary:**
As an Engineering Stores Specialist based on-site at Coca‑Cola Ballina, you will play a key role in maintaining the availability and accuracy of critical spare parts and materials that keep our Operations operating at their best. This is a hands-on, plant-based role that combines inventory management, technical coordination, and close collaboration with maintenance, production, and finance teams. **What You’ll Do for Us**
* Source spare parts and negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
* Receive, inspect, and correctly store deliveries within the engineering stores.
* Set up and maintain material master data in SAP, including prices and reorder levels.
* Process goods movements and manage returns for repair or refurbishment.
* Perform monthly cycle counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly.
* Maintain organized records of supplier quotes, purchase documentation, and monthly metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—maintenance, production, warehouse, and finance—to ensure smooth plant operations.
* Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice or freight queries.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
* National Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years’ experience in inventory, engineering stores, or plant-based manufacturing operations; food or pharma experience is an advantage.
* Strong working knowledge of SAP (materials management and maintenance) and MS Office tools.
* Basic understanding of engineering parts and components to manage vendor and technical team interactions.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment with audit and reporting requirements.
* Digital fluency and ability to use data to improve accuracy and efficiency.
