Everything we do is dedicated to enabling, celebrating and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.  **The Role**  As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.  **Responsibilities include:**  * Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.  * Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies  * Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.  **About You**  **To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:**  * Diploma of Nursing (required)  * Experience in aged care (highly desirable)  * Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills.  * Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills.  * Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)  **About this location:** Our Lexington Gardens home offers the ultimate comfort and secure environment.
