We are seeking experienced **Scrub/Scout Registered & Enrolled Nurses** to join our close-knit and supportive perioperative team. **Permanent part-time** and **casual** positions are available, offering flexibility while still allowing you to be part of a team committed to clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.
**The Position:**
* Maintains and develops clinical skills in order to care for patients appropriate to level of competence.
* Delivers a high standard of patient care utilising appropriate resources cost effectively.
* Adheres to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards.
* Acts as the patient’s advocate and facilitate the rights of individuals.
* Participates in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care through the continuum of care.
* Prioritises workload using resources effectively.
You will hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, ideally with a minimum of three years’ experience with expertise in orthopaedics, urology, and/or neuro/spinal orthopaedics.
**Experience with MAKO or ROSA robotic systems will be highly regarded, and familiarity with the Da Vinci Surgical System is considered a strong advantage.**

**We can offer you**
* **Enrolled Nurse Salary: $75,179 to $80,192** (pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation
* **Enrolled Nurse Casual Hourly Rate: $47.40 to $50.56** (inclusive of casual loading), plus 12%
* **Registered Nurse Salary: $82,945 to $106,629** (pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation
* **Registered Nurse Casual Hourly Rate: $52.30 to $67.24** (incl. 25% casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
