Enterprise Application Engineer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Responsibilities: * Design, develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications and services using Java and Python. * Build and support APIs, integrations and backend services connecting enterprise and manufacturing systems. * Translate business, manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable application solutions. * Work in the Production Engineering Division on greenfield manufacturing systems and digital transformation across the Pan-EU region. Work and benefits: * Full-time permanent employment, starting in autumn 2026. * The role is based in Wroclaw/Walbrzych, Poland, with hybrid work requiring at least three days per week in the office and flexibility for travel. * Health insurance, sport card, lunch subsidy, car leasing, language lessons and bonuses. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field. * 2–3 years of hands-on production experience with Java and Python. * Experience with microservices, layered architectures, databases, data modelling, APIs, data pipelines, testing and code reviews. * Professional fluency in English. * Experience in manufacturing, industrial or automotive environments. * Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerisation or orchestration. Additional competencies: * Good UI/UX awareness, strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Autonomous ownership from concept to implementation, strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good organisation, multitasking ability and comfort working with large multinational, multilevel teams.
