**The mission:** ---------------- comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a **€12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures**, along with top European investors. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- As part of our growth, we are looking for an **Entrepreneur in Residence Intern** to join the G&A team. This job is a unique opportunity to learn how to operate a startup - from Finance to Talent, GTM & operations. 🚀 **What we are looking for:** * Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities * You have completed internships in top investment banks, leading startups or Tier 1 consultancies * You have experience in (financial) modeling, building automations and developing sales processes * You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that, as we expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you * Full proficiency in **German (C2)** and **English** * Please note that this role requires a high level of office presence * Nice to have: You just finished your studies and are looking for a 3 month internship with opportunity to join full-time. **🚀 What you will be working on:** * **GTM & Operations**: Support the structure of our international expansion. You will work on central topics across our commercial departments to multiply our revenue. * **Talent**: We need to find the best talent there is to build a world-class organization.
