Entry Level Piping Design Engineer

******Job Description Summary****** =================================== The Product Piping Design Engineer will be responsible for the piping design within the Product Piping team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide valuable inputs to the Product Definition Designer and oversee the review process of piping design packages. **Job Description** =================== **Roles and Responsibilities** * Develop and design piping systems in accordance with project specifications and standards. * Collaborate with the Product Definition (PDE) Designer to integrate piping design inputs effectively. * Review and validate piping design packages to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. * Work closely with the Mechanical team to ensure seamless integration of piping designs with overall project objectives. * Coordinate with Project Engineering and Sourcing teams to facilitate efficient project execution. * Maintain documentation and records of design processes and adjustments. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Some experience in mechanical design engineering, particularly in piping systems * Familiarity with relevant design and engineering software tools. **Desired Characteristics** * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Piping design at basic/medium level. * Familiar with: NX, AutoPIPE and PLM ******Additional Information****** ================================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
