**About the Role We are seeking an Entry-Level Team Manager to oversee small operational teams working on international projects. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.** ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Manage and support a team of field or remote employees** * **Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards** * **Act as the main point of contact between team members and project stakeholders** * **Provide guidance, onboarding, and basic training to new team members** * **Track progress and report on team performance and project status** * **Ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines** ### **Requirements** * **Strong leadership potential and communication skills** * **Ability to motivate and manage a team** * **Organized, reliable, and proactive approach to work** * **Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems** * **Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)** * **Comfortable working with and processing large data sets** * **Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work** * **Previous coordination/ volunteering or team support experience is a plus** ### **Languages** * **English (at least B2) – required** * **Ukrainian (native) – required** * **Additional languages – a plus** Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
