Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Equipment Maintenance Manager** located in **Guadalajara North.** Reporting to the **Equipment Maintenance Manager**, the **Equipment Maintenance Manager’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs. * Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.  * Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests. * Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and workforce resource requirements. * Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.  **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Advanced English. * Bachelor Degree. * Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.  Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.  * Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees. * Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * ### Life Insurance ### EM57 Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
