The primary purpose of this position is to serve in a PALACE Acquire (PAQ) centrally managed position in the Logistics Career Field. This is a developmental position requiring the performance of assignments that are designed to further develop applicable analytical and evaluative skills and techniques. Major Duties: - Performs developmental assignments of moderate difficulty where work procedures are established and a number of specific guidelines exist. Participates with higher-graded specialist in performing a variety of conventional equipment specialist duties using established equipment specialist principles, concepts, and methodologies. Assists higher-graded equipment specialists in determining current maintenance requirements through review and analysis of data considering policies, procedures, and technical data requirements.
