In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Design, develop, test and optimize high-performance C++ applications for real-time trading systems * Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement and refine trading algorithms * Ensure system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance under extreme market conditions * Work closely with traders to provide front desk support and troubleshoot system issues * Engage with the team during system design discussions, code reviews and trading idea brainstorms _**Qualifications:**_ * Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance or similar from a well-recognized university * at least 3 years of relevant experience * Good programming skills with experience in C++ development (C++17/20) * Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and systems programming * Experience with Python or scripting languages for tooling and automation * Experience in database and SQL * Familiar with financial markets, market data feeds, or exchange protocols * Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code * Strong communication skills in English and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
