**Summary** **Job Description:** **ER Tech - Freestanding Emergency Department** **Part-Time 7p - 7a, 24 hours/week** The ER Tech performs designated/delegated tasks in the provision of care for patients under the direction and supervision of a nurse. * Must perform time sensitive EKG testing on patients that have an order for this test and must inform primary care giver in a time sensitive manner of results. Training will include knowledge of proper lead placement as well as alternate studies such as reverse and right sided EKGs. * Collects specimens according to policy.
