" **What we are looking for** --------------------------- Above everything else: an excellent generalist. Structured problem solving, fast learning, and enough intellectual confidence to be useful in a domain you had never heard of on Monday. * Minimum 5 years in management consulting (Big Four, tier-two or boutique), on operations transformation, process re-engineering, cost optimization or digital transformation. * Proven ownership at senior consultant level - you have taken a work stream from scoping to sign-off with a real client sponsor, without a manager rewriting your work before it went out. * Independent and solution-oriented. Given an ambiguous problem and no team, you build a plan rather than wait for one. * Excellent communication, written and spoken, with people of every background and seniority.
