Event Manager

We are looking for a proactive **Event Manager** to drive our offline events full-cycle - from concept and budget to booth build-ups and final financial reporting. You’ll work on a dynamic mix of projects: **sports events** (marathons, football, chess, fitness) and also **Real Estate & corporate activations** (property launches, broker events, exhibitions, and forums). **Key Responsibilities (Full-Cycle Management):** You will take full ownership of projects **from concept to final financial reporting**: * **Concept & Budget:** Craft creative concepts, program schedules, and transparent budgets. * **Production & Vendors:** Handle sourcing, stage/booth build-ups, AV, merch, and catering. * **On-site Management:** Secure permits, manage venues, and run seamless operations on event days. * **Wrap-Up:** Deliver post-event analytics, cost reconciliation, and final financial reporting. * Proven experience in **diverse offline events** (sports or real estate/broker events are a plus). * **Fluent English** (B2/C1+) - essential for local & international vendors and partners. * High **proactivity**, strong self-organization, and stress resilience. * Passion for the industry and a strong drive to grow. * **Hybrid Work:** Dubai office + remote days + on-site execution. * **Diverse Projects:** From massive sports events to high-profile Real Estate launches. * **Global Exposure:** Business trips abroad for international projects. * **Great Culture:** A friendly, supportive team to learn and scale with. * Competitive salary.
