This role is essential in coordinating and managing digital and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement. ### Key Responsibilities: * Event Management: Manage Coresight’s digital event production, including webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and other events. * Webinar Coordination: Set up webinars, send promotional emails, and coordinate webinar participants. * Marketing Assets Coordination: Coordinate social media and other marketing assets for webinars and events, such as social posts, intro videos and slide decks. * Email Campaigns: Prepare and send email campaigns for webinars and other events. * Email List Management: Clean and improve the events email list to increase RSVPs. * Tool Management: Manage Zoom and Restream accounts, archive videos, and coordinate brand-building webinars. ### Key Skills: * Strong skills in event planning and execution. * Excellent community engagement and marketing communication skills. * Proficient in project coordination and management. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. ### Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar role. * Proficiency in digital event production tools (e.g., Zoom, Restream). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
