You too can make a difference._ **JOB PURPOSE** **Marketing Communication & Sales Support** * Responsible in assisting Business Development Team in the developing and monitoring Transaction Banking campaign and initiatives * Facilitating the sales target and formulating action plans to increase sales volume. * Work with internal counterparts especially branches to recognize high value customers to further increase the bank’s long-term growth partnership. * Providing customers advise and support on matters relating to AFFINMAX. **JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES** * Maintained strong relationships with Branch Channels to enhance customer support, ensuring growth and maximizing relationship value. * Assisted Branches in managing SME Customers, providing tailored support and solutions. * Developed and monitored campaigns to improve customer payment solutions. * Identified and addressed customer issues related to AFFINMAX, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. * Ensured comprehensive training for customers on using AFFINMAX effectively. * Engaged existing customers to promote additional AFFINMAX services, such as payment and collection. * Encouraged manual autopay customers to adopt Autopay via AFFINMAX. * Collaborated with internal teams, including branches and AFFINMAX ambassadors, to enhance product support. * Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives and drive brand awareness. * Support and contribute the marketing campaign and awareness session to branches and business centre. * Facilitate internal communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed about business updates, marketing initiatives, and sales performance. * Conducting a Cashless Initiative and Event to promote digital solution and increase bank awareness. * Responsible to create and monitoring campaign to sales activity and increase number of sign up. * Provide a necessary assistance that related to AFFINMAX to Branch and SME Sales Channel in order to support sales activity. * Responsible to handling a Marketing Communication, Advertisement and Promotion for Transaction Banking. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Degree holder in Management (Marketing) Minimum 2 years’ experience in Cash Management or Transaction Banking. * Experience as Tester (Affinmax) * Knowledgeable in banking operation, especially Cash Management BNM GP Guidelines Excellent problem solving, writing and communication skills. * Good understanding in digital content, graphic and video design. Independent, highly motivated and a team player. * Good knowledge of bank’s credit, operations and treasury.
