Expert IT Analyst Service Developer

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project: * Develop and continuously improve the Self Service Portal ecosystem for end users in a Scandinavian banking environment. * Design, develop and optimise requestable services and automated workflows while supporting digital experience and operational stability. Responsibilities: * Own the service architecture, workflows and integrations across the Self Service Portal. * Analyse, design, develop and maintain requestable and automated services. * Translate and challenge business requirements into technical solutions. * Design questionnaires, approval flows, workflows and integrations. * Assess the impact of changes, troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis. * Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners and platform teams. * Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. * Support testing and deployments, and drive standardisation, automation and service catalogue optimisation. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Strong experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, Service Developer or in a similar role. * Hands-on experience with BMC Helix and Digital Workplace or similar platforms. * Experience building requestable services and automated workflows. * Good understanding of service architecture and enterprise systems integration. * Strong knowledge of SQL and databases. * Experience in incident analysis and complex troubleshooting. * Understanding of the full service lifecycle from design and implementation to support. * Strong documentation and analytical skills. * Experience with APIs, integrations and ITSM tools.
