**Shape & Create - And make it happen!** ======================================== **Role Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAM Programmer/CNC Operator to join our production team. This is a "hands-on" technical role requiring a candidate who can bridge the gap between digital toolpath programming and physical machine execution. will be responsible for the end-to-end process: from reading drawings and programming in PTC Creo, to setting up workpieces and ensuring final part accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** : \- Programming: Develop high-efficiency toolpaths using PTC Creo. (Proficiency in PowerMill, NX, or Catia is also highly valued). \- Technical Coding: Perform manual G-code/M-code programming and troubleshooting using ISO Language. \- Setup & Execution: Prepare, mount, and "Zero-in" workpieces (including specialty materials like Plaster). \- Quality Assurance: Interpret engineering drawings and perform self-inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and dial indicator clocks. \- Maintenance: Ensure machine longevity by performing daily cleaning, lubrication, and oiling of CNC equipment. **Requirements:** \- Software Expertise: Proven experience with Creo, or equivalent high-end CAM software. \- Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. \- Metrology Skills: Mastery of manual measurement tools (Micrometers, Dial Gauges). \- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of CNC ISO programming and machine shop safety. \- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean workspace and perform routine maintenance on high-value machinery. **Think outside the box with us! #shapeandcreate** ==================================================
