**Responsibilities:**
\-Sample receiving and organization, followed by performance of analysis of samples and recording data.
\-Properly archive analysis, samples and data to retrieve necessary.
\-Maintain order in the lab and ensure that all is kept clean and tidy.
\-Monitor inventory in storage and lab spaces to ensure no stoppage of work occurs.
\-Engage in the development and delivery of extension outreach materials for public consumption.
\-Assists with program and outreach efforts.
\-Produces and or delivers presentations
\-Assists in the initiation of applied research studies, collects, and processes data and generates reports.
\-Other duties as required.
**Required Qualifications:**
\-Bachelor’s degree in Soil or Water Science or degree related to natural resources.
\-No prior experience required.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
\-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and some basic statistical analysis of data.
\-Knowledge of word processing, database, presentation and spreadsheet applications.
\-Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
\-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
\-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
