If you're passionate about technology, sustainability, and global collaboration — you’ll feel right at home with us. \* Set up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standards \* Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and output \* Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain optimal production conditions \* Make repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all broken and/or worn components \* Perform routine quality checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges \* Record production data and complete shift logs accurately \* Load raw materials and monitor material feed \* Follow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the Production Manager immediately \* Commitment to our continuous improvement and safety initiatives \* Identify, label, weigh and dispose of scrap \* Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure operational efficiency \* Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed \* Fulfills the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instruction \* Identify and resolve basic machine malfunctions or deviation \* Perform all other duties as assigned \* Live our Core Values Contact person: Helen Corona Human Resources Assistant [email protected] Please submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
