Fab 15 People Program Specialist

As a People Program Manager within the Fab 15 People Organization, you will play a key role supporting the People initiatives in a partnership with Country People Lead (CPL) by driving strategic people programs, site initiatives, and employee experience improvements. This role combines program management, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution to ensure effective delivery of People priorities across the site. You will partner closely with HR leader, program owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure successful execution of site-wide initiatives. **Responsibilities** **Program & Project Management** * Drive end-to-end delivery of People programs, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are effectively managed * Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics * Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and outcomes * Manage risks, changes, and dependencies across multiple programs * Provide regular status updates, insights, and escalation to leadership as needed **People Program Governance & Coordination** * Support People Program Pillar owners in planning and execution of key initiatives * Coordinate across multiple HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability * Lead preparation of updates for weekly HR/People leadership forums and track action items * Ensure strong follow-through and closure of program deliverables * Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget * Perform other related duties as assigned **Specific Tasks** **Support People Program Pillars** * Partner with pillar owners to drive execution of strategic programs (e.g., engagement, well-being, inclusion, talent initiatives) * Monitor progress and ensure alignment with site and organizational priorities **Surveys & Communication** * Design, create, and distribute people program-related surveys * Analyze feedback and support action planning with stakeholders * Support communication and engagement initiatives across the site **Leadership & Forum Support** * Support quarterly ATM sessions and key leadership forums * Ensure materials, coordination, and follow-ups are effectively managed * Carry out events and celebrations **Education** **Required** * Bachelor’s degree: General Studies **Experience** Required: 3-5 years of experience in any of the following: * HR generalist, Project Management, Business Process Management, Communications **Qualifications** * Proven working experience in project management * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience               * Data Analytical Skill Using AI **About Micron Technology, Inc.** We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life _for all_.
