Fab Engineer Process Integration

Responsibilities and Tasks: * Collaborate with the **Yield Enhancement** and **PI module owner** teams to improve yield, reliability, and business process alignment. * Communicate **module-related issues, risks, and progress** to the PI leadership team. * Design, execute, and drive **SWRs** to completion to meet defined objectives. * Analyze and interpret complex data to **optimize fab processes and increase yield**. * Partner with **cross-area engineering teams** to resolve process issues effectively. * Work closely with **global partners** to ensure module alignment and stay current on process initiatives. * Own and maintain **inline process control specifications**, ensuring limits are optimized and reviewed as needed. * Partner with **IE, PEE, and Production** to forecast and balance yield, output, and process constraints. * Drive **quality improvement and excursion reduction** through targeted activities and projects. * Set and pursue **challenging goals** to enable integration of new technology nodes into the fab. * Provide **module-specific training** and maintain required training, critical knowledge, and skills. * Promote **values-driven behaviors**, safety, and a **positive working environment**.
