Join our team as a Facilities Lead and help keep our buildings in top shape! **Position Responsibilities**  * Lead facility operations for your assigned building among our network totaling over 800,000+ square feet of workspace. * Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects. * Schedule, assign and perform projects, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. * Ensure landscaping, janitorial and security services meet Uline standards. * Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues. * Assist with construction project management. * Record maintenance activities and prepare reports for management. **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
