**Job Title** Facilities Manager (Data Centre in Kulai, JB) **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** ion **Role Summary** Responsible for the safe, reliable operation of data centre facilities and critical infrastructure, supporting 24/7 operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day-to-day operation of data centre facilities * Oversee critical systems (power, cooling, UPS, generators, fire systems) * Plan and manage preventive and reactive maintenance * Supervise contractors and service providers * Respond to incidents, alarms, and outages as required * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards * Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation * Support 24/7 operational availability of the data centre * Provide out-of-hours support for incidents, maintenance, and emergencies **Requirements** * Degree holder in engineering field * 5 years or more experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical environment * Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems * Comfortable working in a 24/7, mission-critical setting INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
