Join us as a Facilities Operations Supervisor to lead Facilities operations and help maintain our newly expanding headquarters campus. **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities** * Provide hands-on leadership of daily Corporate building operations, ensuring facilities are safe, reliable and meet company standards. * Supervise and develop the facilities team, setting priorities, assigning work and driving accountability. * Oversee facilities and maintenance projects across multiple buildings, systems and assets. * Conduct building audits to identify any issues or improvement opportunities. * Serve as on-site point of contact for contracted vendors providing maintenance, janitorial and other facility services. * Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed. **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
