Are you ready to join us?Your Role:To be the owner / key stake holder in running facilities departmentInterface with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to ensure all project obligations are metManage and report project financials to meet and exceed project budgetResponsible to meet the cost metrics related to Utility & FacilityEnsure there is no downtime to Production due to facility issuesResponsible to meet all KPIs of Facility departmentDrive predictive maintenance & Effectively track of all Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports and Corrective Work OrdersCoordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works.Responsible for site administration activities ( Securities, Transportations, House Keeping, Canteen ) & meeting its cost metricsEnsure compliance with all safety and statutory requirementsManage Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R) and other project worksTo ensure process improvement across designated projects to enhance productivity and overall improvement to our bottom line.To be innovative and take lead in problem solvingForecast & control project & budget spendingTo adhere to the Health & Safety regulations as set out by the EHS Department and any other Government RegulationsDrive plant-wide energy saving program & environmental management systemSupport Manufacturing facility with at most priorityHandle Internal & external customer with respect to meet all regulations and environmental, health and security standards Your Background:BE EEE & C License holder10- 15 years of experience in industrial facility management, Min 3 years in managerial role.Knowledge of safe work procedureStrong people management skills.Flair in written communication and presentation skills would be advantageous.Creative, analytic and passionate persona.Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of facilities management Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
