Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Facility Manager** located in **\[****Jiading, Shanghai****\].** **What a typical day looks like****:** Facility Management * Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure and utility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, nitrogen, fire protection, electrical, and building systems. * Ensure high system reliability, regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, and effective contractor management. * Manage facility budgets, maintenance programs, and capital projects to support business growth and operational excellence. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) * Lead all EHS activities to ensure full compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. * Promote a strong safety culture through risk management, employee training, incident prevention, and continuous improvement. * Manage environmental compliance, occupational health, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives. * Drive EHS performance through audits, inspections, corrective actions, and leadership engagement. Security * Lead the site's security program to protect employees, visitors, company assets, and intellectual property. * Manage physical security operations, including access control, CCTV surveillance, visitor management, and guard force services. * Conduct security risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement mitigation measures to minimize business risks. * Develop and maintain site security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team****:** * Strong leadership, project management, and contractor management skills. * Proven ability to manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and support business continuity. * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong knowledge of facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, nitrogen, fire protection, and electrical utilities. * Solid understanding of EHS regulations, risk management, environmental compliance, and workplace safety. * Experience in physical security management, including access control, CCTV, and incident response. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, EHS, or related discipline. * 8+ years of experience in Facilities, EHS, and/or Security management within a manufacturing environment. * Registered Safety Engineer (注册安全工程师) or other relevant certifications preferred. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide**: * Social Insurance * Life Insurance * PTO Job Category ------------ Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
