Find your future at Revvity  ### Job Purpose 协助公司办公区域、厂房及设施设备的日常管理和维护工作，确保工作环境安全、整洁、高效运行。 ### Key Responsibilities 协助办公区域、生产区域及公共设施的日常巡检。 跟进空调、电力、照明、给排水等设施的日常维护和报修工作。 协助管理供应商（保洁、安保、维修等）的现场服务。 维护设施相关台账、维修记录和文件资料。 协助跟踪预防性维护（PM）计划执行情况。 支持办公工位调整、会议室布置及后勤保障工作。 协助落实EHS（环境、健康与安全）相关要求。 完成上级安排的其他设施管理相关工作。 ### Qualifications * 大专及以上学历，工程、机电、物业管理或相关专业优先。 * 1年以上设施、物业或行政后勤相关工作经验优先。 * 熟悉Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。 * 具有良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识。 * 工作认真负责，能处理日常现场事务。 ### Preferred Skills * 具备厂务、设施管理或物业管理经验者优先。 * 熟悉空调、电力、消防等基础设施系统者优先。 * 具有供应商管理或工单系统使用经验者优先。
