In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). **Key Responsibilities:** * Cover institutional accounts such as Banks, Securities houses, Asset Management firms and Hedge funds, with a focus in Hong Kong, Macau and other offshore markets * Sales & Marketing for market making business, including bonds, interest rate and FX derivatives business * Bring client relationships into platform * Execute business development activity, such as product specific marketing initiatives. * Develop a coordinated strategy to understand and analyse clients’ businesses and exposures to provide best suited sales solutions in full coordination with all relevant business partners * Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders to seek solutions and maximize wallet share from the identified client franchise **Qualification:** * Experienced product knowledge in bonds, rates and fx derivatives for real money and fast money need * At least 7 -10 years of experience in financial industry * University graduate with good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written * Strong analytical skill, trustworthy, and able to multi-task and function well under stress, willing to learn, self-driven, and possess strong team spirit * Passion to work with people * Strong computer skill particularly in Excel and Powerpoint skill, possess programming knowledge is a big plus #LI-DNI
