In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and proactively marketing our Rates and FX product capabilities. * Execute on the desk's strategy to broaden our client base, targeting and onboarding new international accounts. * Generate and disseminate timely market insights and actionable trade ideas in partnership with the trading desk. * Serve as the key link between clients and traders, providing real-time feedback on client sentiment, flows, and competitive landscape. * Lead the client onboarding process from a sales perspective and work with Middle Office to ensure flawless post-trade execution and service. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. * 7 years of experience in Rates or FX sales, with exposure to international clients being highly advantageous. * Strong knowledge of CNY/CNH and HKD interest rate and FX products. * Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in English and Mandarin. #LI-DNI
