With the continued internationalization of the RMB and the ongoing development of Hong Kong's offshore RMB market, we are seeking an experienced Director-level trader to support the expansion of our offshore RMB market-making business and contribute to the development of new trading initiatives and client solutions. _**Job Description:**_ * Lead offshore RMB bond market-making activities and ensure effective risk management of trading positions. * Monitor market developments, macroeconomic trends and fundamental drivers affecting RMB fixed income markets. * Develop and optimize pricing models, market-making strategies and trading initiatives to enhance profitability and liquidity provision. * Manage trading books and account exposures while maintaining appropriate risk controls. * Drive the build-out and enhancement of offshore market-making infrastructure, including system design, testing and implementation. * Develop strong relationships with regulators, institutional clients and market participants. * Provide strategic market insights to support business growth and product development. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders across trading, sales, research, risk and technology functions. _**Qualifications:**_ * Master's degree or above in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines. * 13-15 years of relevant experience in fixed income trading, market-making or rates trading within banks, securities firms or other financial institutions. * Strong knowledge of the China bond market, offshore RMB products and cross-border fixed income trading. * Proven track record of managing sizable fixed income trading portfolios and generating sustainable trading performance. * Deep understanding of pricing, liquidity management and risk management frameworks. * Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
