In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Execute liquidity management trades, including repos, interest rate and FX derivatives, and short-term investment-grade bonds; * Develop and implement efficient funding strategies and plans, and broaden the firm's suite of funding instruments; * Monitor real-time market movements and liquidity conditions to deliver actionable insights for Asset-Liability Management (ALM) decision-making; * Establish and sustain strong trading relationships with external liquidity providers. **Qualification:** * Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. * A minimum of 5 years of relevant trading experience (e.g., securities firm, bank, or hedge fund). * Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
