**Job Description:** **工作描述：** 1\. 管理全国家乐氏谷物品类销售所有业务运作及销售团队 2\. 负责辖区销售预测、制定每期销售计划，确保销售目标达成； 3\. 追踪并确保所辖区域KPI的执行及落实； 4\. 关注经销商及权重批发商，定期做生意回顾和机会分析，跟进各项过程指标达成； 5\. 明确团队成员工作职责和目标，定期进行绩效回顾； 6\. 辅导下属能力，以不断提升团队业绩； 7\. 整合各类资源，提高资源使用效率。 **Qualifications/****任职条件** 1.本科及以上学历,市场营销专业优先; 6年以上销售经验，3年以上销售管理经验，有谷物品类的销售管理经验 2.拥有专业的经销商管理能力，较强的市场判断及数据分析能力； 3.具备良好的数据处理分析能力及谈判技巧 4.良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效辅导及激励下属，带领团队达成预定业绩目标; 5.强烈的责任心及职业操守，善于在压力下开展工作。 What can you expect from Mars?
