Field Service Technician

**Job Summary:** Responsible for providing on-site water treatment services, water analysis, equipment inspection, chemical dosing, and technical support to customer facilities. Ensures effective operation of water treatment programs while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct water testing, analysis, and sample collection for laboratory evaluation. * Monitor and maintain cooling water and boiler water treatment programs. * Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chemical dosing and monitoring equipment. * Perform cooling tower cleaning and disinfection activities. * Assist in system start-ups and troubleshooting at customer sites. * Handle, store, and transport treatment chemicals safely in accordance with company procedures. * Prepare service reports and communicate findings to customers and supervisors. * Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all safety requirements. **Qualifications:** * PRC Licensed Chemical Technician preferred. * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided. * 1-2 years of experience in water treatment, field service, or related technical work is an advantage. * Knowledge of water analysis, cooling/boiler water treatment, and plant equipment. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Computer literate. * Valid LTO Driver's License (Code B/NPL). * Work Location: Primarily assigned to customer sites in the Northern Area, with flexibility to support nearby locations as needed. * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Full-Time Field-Based Position
