Field Services Engineer Western Region

Work Flexibility: Field-based We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Western region (Jeddah/Medinah) to join our Technical Service team. This role will mostly be focused on our Medical/Emergency Care portfolio (stretchers, beds, CPR devices, defibrillators, etc.). **What You Will Do** * To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers * To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed * To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports * To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required. * To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits. * To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders * To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits * To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis. **What You Will Need** **Required:** * Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted) * Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and local language  * 3 years of relevant experience * Strong technical and analytical skills * Strong communication skills * Computer skills / literacy **Preferred:** * Basic IP Networking knowledge Travel Percentage: 90%
