Finance and Controlling Manager

_Armacell provides numerous and diverse career opportunities.  Add your talent to ours and make a difference around the world!_ **We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager and Business Partner with a strong industrial background to lead Armacell Poland's Finance function and take full responsibility for the local Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.** **Your Tasks** * Lead and develop the local Finance team * Own Armacell Poland's Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet * Partner with Plant and Commercial Leadership to drive business performance * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities * Deliver insights on profitability, costs, and business performance * Evaluate CAPEX investments and business opportunities * Prepare and file Armacell Poland's statutory accounts under local and IFRS GAAP * Prepare and file Income Tax and VAT declarations * Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements **Your Profile** * Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration * Strong experience in Finance and Controlling within a manufacturing environment * Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting * Solid knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and transfer pricing * Proven leadership experience and people development skills * Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills * Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making * Excellent communication skills in English and Polish **Our Offer** * Armacell offers a competitive salary package according to your experience and skillset * Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths * Respectful and inclusive work culture in an international environment * Integration Events (Family day, Global Armacell Day) * Hybrid working model (3/2 – office/home) * Luxmed – Medical Care Package * Multisports Card * Life Insurance * … #LI-Hybrid #LI-AH1 **Time Type:** Full time
