You’ll have the chance to make a real difference by shaping the direction of a newly created finance function, implementing strong financial controls, and enabling smarter decision-making through insightful reporting and leadership.   **What you can expect to be getting up to as a Comms-Care Finance Lead** As the senior on-site Finance lead in Northwich, you’ll lead a team of three, shaping operations and performance through the key responsibilities that follow: * Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting compliant with US GAAP and Ingram Micro accounting policies * Own statutory audit processes and build effective relationships with external auditors and tax advisors * Enhance the financial control environment and consult with the UK&I Head of Finance on technical matters * Partner with FP&A to develop decision-driving financial reports and performance metrics * Support regional and global finance queries and act as primary escalation contact for financial matters * Lead and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and development **To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:** • Experience in Finance control roles • **Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA)** • **Experience with SOX Compliance & Internal Controls** • Experience working within a US GAAP framework • Knowledge of corporation tax and VAT • ERP implementation exposure • Proven ability in developing and managing internal control frameworks • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts • Relationship-building mindset and confidence to challenge the status quo   **Make an application to join the team!** None of this is achievable without great people, with a complete customer focus.
