Finance Executive - 1 Yr Contract

Our client is an established infrastructure organisation responsible for the deployment, operation, and maintenance of a nationwide connectivity network, supporting multiple service providers and large-scale developments across Singapore ### Key Responsibilities * To process invoices and payments posting in a timely and accurate manner * To perform vendor reconciliations and follow up with unreconciled transactions * To maintain daily cash book and improve existing payment process to generate a healthy level of working capital * To prepare full set of accounts for a small subsidiary * Housekeeping of AP/GL records in softcopies formats, managing AP common email * Liaise with Vendors on payment issues and maintaining a good relationship * Maintaining audit schedules * Performing ad-hoc financial assessments for tender * Preparing GST submission * Preparing financial statements and XBRL * To liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting matters * To assist AP Accountant on process improvement initiatives and month-end closing of accounts * To assist perform UAT of new system if any * Any other tasks assigned by Accountant/Finance Manager ### Key Requirements * Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification * At least 3 years of relevant experience and good communication skills * Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular strong in Excel and experience in SAP B1 is an added advantage * Must have a positive attitude, able to communicate clearly, meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure * 1 year contract with full benefits, with possibility of extension or conversion * JOB ID: 63XXV9RW _**All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.**_ Kindly email your resume in a detailed **Word/pdf format** to _We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified_ ### [People Profilers](https://himalayas.app/companies/people-profilers) Pte Ltd ### EA Registration Number: R25127279 ### EA license number 02C4944 ### EA Personnel: Lee Kah Yung (Roger) Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
