The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in SAP MM (materials management) and a good understanding of Accounts Payable processes, vendor management, and finance transactions. Key responsibilities: A. Invoice processing & accounts payable: 1\. Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines. 2\. Validate invoices against approved purchase orders (POs) and supporting documents. 3\. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for invoice discrepancies and resolutions. 4\. Track invoice status and ensure timely payment processing. 5\. Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records. B. Purchase requisition (PR) & purchase order (PO) management: 1\. Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP. 2\. Generate purchase orders (POs) and monitor approval workflows. 3\. Coordinate with procurement and business teams for PO-related requirements. 4\. Ensure compliance with company procurement and financial policies. C. SAP operations: 1\. Perform day-to-day activities using SAP MM and Finance modules. 2\. Track PO, invoice, and vendor payment status. 3\. Generate reports and monitor transaction flow in SAP. 4\. Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes. D. Vendor management: 1\. Liaise with vendors regarding invoice submissions and payment status. 2\. Maintain vendor records and master data. 3\. Resolve vendor queries efficiently. E. Reporting & compliance: 1\. Prepare periodic MIS reports and payment trackers. 2\. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies. 3\. Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation. NBP – Business partner/vendor-related transactions (company-specific) B. Required qualifications: 1\. Bachelor's Degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or related field. 2\. 0-5 years of experience in finance, accounts payable, or SAP operations. 3\. Strong understanding of PR-to-PO and Invoice-to-Payment processes is desirable. 4\. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. 5\. Hands-on experience with SAP MM and finance modules. C. Preferred skills: 1\. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2\. Attention to detail and accuracy. 3\. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. 4\. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 5\. Experience in invoice reconciliation and vendor management. D. Key competencies: 1\. Invoice processing 2\.
